I love the work that my masseuse Bec does. I’ve been coming here for a couple of years and happy to drive 25 minutes Each way but after a situation on Monday where the noise was so bad with about 8 teenagers outside shouting and carrying on and the washing machine going so loud, this is before 3pm there’s no way you could relax having a massage. when I spoke to the manager, May about it I found she was incredibly unfriendly, rude, unhelpful and after paying $90 for an hour listening to such terrible noise was totally inappropriate. They were too afraid to go out and ask the teenagers to move. I had to go out and ask them respectfully to move on and they did. It was the manager’s response to me was unacceptable. They were meant to phone me back with a resolution and they never did hence why the review has gone up. I will not go back to the salon now and would not recommend it.
Professional, Relaxing & Highly Recommended I had reflexology and a pedicure done for the very first time ever, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Jo.. was very professional and truly excellent at what she does. She made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole session. I highly recommend her services and will definitely be back! ✨💆♀️💅
